    What lens would you suggest for shooting video?

  • EmirCemanovicDesigns says:

    Hey ! What is the cheapest and best Canon Camera? I Want to use it to record, Videos. IM only 15 Years Old,

  • middlefingermother says:

    this camera is perfect! Performances are great, theres one question about “the feel of the camera” It seems that most videos go for the “feel of the camera” in ratio to the weight and material” My question is, does it really matter if is made of full alloy? Lenses are one thing but the body seems over rated. As long the performance is there and the quality of images comes out great, does it really matter?

    @xXxNoXGirlyXGirlxXx Do you mean my video clips? Everything you see here was filmed with the 18-135mm kit lens. But note cheaper kits may come with the shorter 18-55mm.

  • xXxNoXGirlyXGirlxXx says:

    So was all of this filmed without an extra lens or what you call it? I’m sorry if that makes no sense or you already mentioned it, I’m really new to this sort of thing haha:D

    @CamBlogs Thanks Cam, You have helped alot!! Thanks!

  • CamBlogs says:

    @omnia762 Oh yes, your problem is that your memory card isn’t fast enough to keep up with the 1080p so it shuts off video mode, fairly common mistake if your new to digital SLRs… What you’ll need to do is check your memory card and see what class it is, for a the Canon T2i you’ll want a class 6-10 if yours isn’t in that range I’d have a look around for one.-Cam

  • omnia762 says:

    @CamBlogs I dont knw really ppl suggested that i should get a bigger memory card because also my video dosent work properly and it says ” this recording has been stopped automatically” so I am pretty confused here. if anyone can help its very much apprieciated!!

  • CamBlogs says:

    @omnia762 I’m not sure what happened to you but the Canon 550D T2i does 1080p @ 30,25,24 fps and 720p @60,50 fps.

  • omnia762 says:

    I got this cam and i dosent do HD? and i got 4gb of memory?

  • mayhimsh says:

    @anewell41 thank you very much!!

  • anewell41 says:

    @mayhimsh 1080 30 fps can be the best. Its depends on what you want. 1080 is the best quality obviously but its a bigger file size. If your shooting something that is a project or a client I would use 1080. If your just shooting for friends and having fun you can use 720p. The thing about photography is creativity so use WHATEVER you want to. I hope I answered your question correctly

  • cameralabs says:

    @mickysim123 It’s not that they break at that point, it’s just a guarenteed number before the timing of the shutter may not be as acurate – you’re looking at about 100k shots for consumer mode, 150k for semi-pro and 300k for pro bodies.

  • mickysim123 says:

    im 14 and iv never had a DSLR camera before and iv just found out that the camera has a limit on the shutter count ? D= what is the average amount of pictures you can take until it basicly breaks ?

  • truknayr23 says:

    @AlmostGotSome the 55-250mm lens is a complementary lens for the kit lens 18-55mm… if the package goes with both lenses then it’s a great deal… I have both lenses now… very happy with both lenses… hoping to upgrade soon though… but as of now these lenses work great!
