Any new activation codes? The other two doesn’t work
nice vid -i have medialnk working with my ps3 and i can stream music movies etc. my question is is it possible to stream live audio meaning not an mp3 or a file in itunes but to be streaming music i’m working on with software like reason and logic/garage band etc. my ps3 is connected to my stereo and i’d like to hear the music i’m working on over the system. i guess i’m asking if it’s possible to have an airtunes kind of setup but with medialink+ps3. thanks for any help.

@groomlake67 or you can just go online and ignore this guy and actualy find an activation code that works and not pay 20$ :). Not gonna waste my money buying shit just because i own a mac man. SHUV IT YOU LITTLE BITCH.
You can do all the same things with windows media player and create media server. Just activate that option and add to media players library all your music. Then just start up your ps3 and remember to check in ps3 settings that media server is enabled. If it doesnt work just reboot both machines, pc and ps3. Tryed this with vista and win7
@nicmare wireless streaming takes a lot longer. If you want fast results you need to be connected. Especially for video. I’ve played maybe 1 or 2 videos that didnt lag out of about 50. Thats with i5 imac and n+ wireless router.
If you can directly connect it, its a lot better.
why does your track start so fast?? i have to wait at least 5 seconds till it starts. very annoying!! i forwarded ports and i dont know whats wrong :(
dude that bt song rocks.
So you have to have media saved on your mac HD? you can’t view movies on your ps3 which you are currently streaming on your mac (from oh, say, megavideo)?
Is this using your macs display?

where can i get a activation code???
i have a macbook pro and a ps3 and i cannot get my ps3 to pick up my mac. i have installed null river and my mac picks up the ps3. Just to add that the ps3 has picked my husband pc up but not my mac any suggestions please.
I use Medialink as well on my Macbook. I just wondered how quick the music/movies/pictures start after clicking them on your system. On my PS it takes like 5 to 6 Seconds untill a song or movie starts and the first and last 2 seconds of each song are not played. Are you streaming via WLAN or cable, and what AP do you have?
